Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for long periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Steel-toed boots are required.
