Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and correctly under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to OSHA safety regulations at all times.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and deliver them to work zones efficiently.
- Follow project instructions and supervisor directives to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
