Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Construct and install foundational structures following blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper certifications
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Complete daily time logs and progress reports for payroll accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Raleigh metro area
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
