Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, painting, and general site cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (safely and correctly) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times, strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform physical labor duties including digging, lifting heavy materials, and moving debris.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols set by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but relevant experience is valued.
