Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, leveling, and removing debris.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry and concrete work.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
