Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pressure washers.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and safe according to OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint reading under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation to and from the construction site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
