Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including carpentry, framing, and finishing.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Operate basic construction tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
