Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physical labor as needed
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Assist in demolition, excavation, and debris removal operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification upon hire
