Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including framing, drywall, and concrete work.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and demolition duties as required.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Transport heavy debris and waste to disposal areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
