Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging, and mixing concrete.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines strictly.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of work areas.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
