Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and concrete forms.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans to understand task requirements.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks using forklifts or hand trucks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
