Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain job site safety standards and wear protective gear
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing schedules
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical activity
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Willingness to travel to job sites within assigned region
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to follow instructions
- OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required
