Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment setup
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
