Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and lifting equipment.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision to support skilled trades.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assistance: Provide support to carpenters, electricians, and other skilled laborers as needed.
- Quality Control: Help ensure that work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn new construction skills.
