Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., drills, saws)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled trades with basic construction tasks
- Maintain organized job sites and equipment
- Participate in daily team briefings and meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites
