Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on construction sites
- Load/unload materials and operate basic hand/power tools safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and material handling
- Support skilled trades with material preparation and site setup
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
