Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor including excavation, demolition, and site preparation
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, tool setup, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow instructions from site supervisors
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Complete daily timesheets and report work progress accurately
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (will train)
