About the Role: As a Construction Laborer, you will assist skilled tradespeople on various construction sites. Your work will include preparing sites, loading and unloading materials, operating hand and power tools, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing construction sites by moving materials and equipment.
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of job sites to ensure safety and organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a construction laborer or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
