Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and install scaffolding
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment to job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Complete daily timecards and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid O-10 card or willingness to obtain immediately
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, levels, saws)
- Pass background/drug screening (client requirement)
- Ability to start within 48 hours of offer
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
