Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Complete daily timesheets and safety compliance documentation
- Support project timelines through efficient task execution
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic tool handling experience or willingness to learn
- Physical stamina to work 8-10 hour shifts in outdoor conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong teamwork communication in English/Spanish
- Flexibility for early morning starts (5:30 AM) and weekend availability
- Own basic work boots and weather-appropriate attire
