Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows) and equipment safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site maintenance
- Adapt to changing project needs and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Philadelphia metro
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions from site supervisors
