Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers) under supervision
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and install formwork
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Complete daily progress reports for site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Phoenix metro
- Willingness to work flexible hours (4am-5pm shifts)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
