Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting materials (up to 50 lbs), and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Operate light machinery like jackhammers and concrete saws (training provided)
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Previous construction or manual labor experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily check-ins
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-paid)
