Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) with precision
- Load/unload construction materials safely using proper techniques
- Maintain job site cleanliness and debris removal protocols
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements
- Assist skilled trades with concrete finishing and structural assembly
- Complete daily timesheets and equipment inspection reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Availability for 6am-5pm shifts with weekend flexibility
