Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters and diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for seamless project execution
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain detailed work documentation
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of verifiable electrical experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid Nevada Journeyman Electrician license (or reciprocal state license)
- OSHA 10 certification required, 30 preferred
- Proficiency in conduit bending, termination, and troubleshooting
- Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and client professionalism
- Experience with solar installations a major plus
