Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California Title 24 standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project managers
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman license required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems, VFDs, and power distribution
- OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong diagnostic skills and problem-solving abilities
- Must own reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
