Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for project implementation
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and other trade professionals
- Manage inventory and tool maintenance for assigned projects
- Provide excellent client communication and service documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid New York State Electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
- Familiarity with NYC electrical codes and permitting processes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend assignments
