Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Perform emergency leak detection and pipe burst repairs
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for accurate installations
- Inspect and troubleshoot water heaters, sump pumps, and backflow preventers
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage material inventory and job site cleanup
- Provide detailed reports to project managers for billing purposes
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Plumbing License (or reciprocal state license)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proficient with pipefitting tools and trenchless technologies
