Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater servicing
- Adhere to Detroit building codes and safety protocols
- Manage job site cleanup and customer communication
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory
- Mentor junior technicians when assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid Michigan Plumbing License required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screen required
