Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D with long-term business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-generation solutions.
- Identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neuro-interfaces) and integrate them into product pipelines.
- Manage a substantial budget for innovation labs and experimental projects.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Present high-level strategy to the C-suite and board members, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches in high-growth environments.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $2M annually.
