Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and components in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Maintain organized workspaces and proper tool maintenance
- Participate in ongoing safety training and best practices workshops
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
