Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), California Title 24, and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Perform system inspections, safety audits, and preventive maintenance procedures
- Document work progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License or higher
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable electrical installation and maintenance experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit design
- Advanced knowledge of NEC, OSHA safety protocols, and energy efficiency standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using diagnostic tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergency call-outs
