Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC and CA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters and diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for project completion
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety procedures
- Manage inventory and equipment for assigned projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit installation, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of NFPA 70E arc flash standards
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
