Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Safely install conduit, wiring, and electrical components
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Seattle
- Pass background check and drug screening
