Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Safely operate hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit troubleshooting
- Adhere to strict safety standards (OSHA/NFPA 70E compliance)
- Document work activities and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in progressive skill development through structured training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math proficiency for calculations and measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Wake County
- Pass background check and drug screening
