Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Perform residential and commercial wiring, conduit bending, and circuit troubleshooting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Willingness to obtain Arizona electrical apprentice certification
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
