Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform routine site inspections and ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly.
- Use hand and power tools accurately, including drills, saws, and multimeters.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths and calculating loads.
