Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Prepare workspaces by laying out materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, fixture installations, and load calculations.
- Ensure all job sites are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Learn to interpret electrical blueprints and technical schematics.
- Operate power tools and testing equipment safely and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of mathematics (helpful for electrical load calculations).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
