Responsibilities
- Hands-on Training: Assist master electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools, workspaces, and vehicles clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Blueprint Reading: Develop skills in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Wiring & Connections: Learn to pull wire, strip cable, terminate circuits, and make secure connections.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math: Strong aptitude for basic math, fractions, and measurements.
- Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn with a problem-solving mindset.
