Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams under supervision
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Perform routine safety checks and equipment inspections
- Follow all NFPA 70E and OSHA electrical safety protocols
- Document work completion and material usage
- Participate in on-the-job training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for voltage calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends/after-hours)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
