We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Electricians. As an Apprentice, you will work directly under the supervision of our Master Electricians, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the El Paso area. We pride ourselves on safety, integrity, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan work sequences.
- Install conduits, cables, and raceways for electrical wiring, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Prepare and secure materials for projects, including cutting, bending, and measuring wire.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoors.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Must be willing to obtain an Electrician's License upon completion of the apprenticeship program.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
