Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Prepare and organize work sites, including laying out materials and tools.
- Test electrical circuits and systems using appropriate testing equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate time sheets and daily logs.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain required Electrical Journeyperson license (we will assist in training).
- Basic understanding of math and geometry is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong desire to learn and work in a hands-on trade.
