Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand wiring layouts.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, connecting terminals, and mounting fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Use hand and power tools, as well as testing equipment, to diagnose electrical issues accurately.
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide the training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
