Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, installing outlets and switches, and mounting light fixtures under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
- Use hand tools (drills, saws, multimeters) and power tools accurately.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Communicate effectively with the crew and report progress to supervisors.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements, wire sizing, and load calculations.
- Reliable transportation to local job sites.
