Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Prepare job sites by digging trenches, drilling holes, and setting poles as directed.
- Load, unload, and organize electrical materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of tools and workspaces to ensure efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams under supervision.
- Handle basic wiring tasks and conduit bending with guidance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive, safety-first attitude.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
