Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- System Testing: Perform routine inspections and tests on electrical equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients and property managers professionally to explain work being performed and answer questions.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize electrical materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for raw talent and a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Math Skills: Basic understanding of mathematics and physical science is a plus.
- Attitude: Motivated to learn, willing to follow instructions, and team-oriented.
