Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Provide hands-on support during residential and commercial installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Learn Blueprint Reading: Study and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams under supervision.
- Maintain Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Tool Management: Maintain, organize, and utilize a variety of hand and power tools correctly.
- Perform Routine Tasks: Help with pulling wire, installing outlets, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
- Site Cleanup: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris after each job.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic arithmetic.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate effectively with the team.
