Responsibilities
Your Key Duties Will Include:
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and fixtures.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces).
- A strong desire to learn the trade and a willingness to obtain required journeyman certifications.
- Basic math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
