Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components according to blueprints and safety codes.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment and circuits.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary tools and materials.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Learn to read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various environments.
- Basic understanding of mathematics (addition, subtraction, fractions) is helpful.
- Valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Must have a strong willingness to learn and follow strict safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
