Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including stripping and connecting wires.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites as directed.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal training is required; we value attitude and work ethic.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and obtain certification.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
